Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for VENDOR CREDIT ONLY, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or return to our store front within that time frame. You can only get credit from the vendor which was purchased from. 

ALL HOME GOODS and ANTIQUES ARE FINAL SALE

Purchases made with a gift card from store credit due to a return are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. 

Local Pickup Orders

These items are held for 1 week. At that time, our team will contact you via email to invoice for shipping so we can get the items to you. This cost is your responsibility. After 2 weeks of holding items, we will donate the items as we are unable to hold items longer than this timeframe due to storage. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at beauvielifestyle@gmail.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (such as beauty products). All candle purchases are final sale. We also do not accept returns for jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered or picked up. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, we ask that you place your new order on our website to ensure it does not sell out. After you send back your original item you are exchanging we will then process your return and initiate you store credit via email.  We do not offer "holds" to exchange the item once you ship it back. 

Returns / Refunds 

Please note we ONLY issue store credit for any items that do not work out. Refunds to the original form of payment aren't allowed. 

If you aren't local to our store front and are returning an item, we will notify you once we’ve received the return and issue you your store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Please note we do deduct return shipping charges from these as returns aren't free. Issuing can take up to 48-72 hours once received.
